Every wedding sets the scene for an incredible story to be told - a day filled with passion, excitement, and love. I'm drawn to wedding photography for the opportunity to be a part of these unique stories.

You have put your heart and time into the details of your wedding - my goal is to showcase these details as well as the memories you share with your closest friends and family on this special day. I avoid "setting up" my shots as much as possible, and remain unobtrusive. I prefer to be moving from place to place as an observer, capturing the moments that will preserve your day for years to come. Rather than "creating" these moments, I document them as they naturally occur, in all their beauty.

I've always been interested and involved in art, even from a very young age. Starting with music as a child, I began to grow a passion for the arts. Photography didn't come into play until a new passion emerged: nature and the outdoors. I needed a way to express this beauty I was so inspired by. After borrowing a friend's camera while traveling, I was hooked.

From then on, photography has grown into a passion and my profession - but I always keep that original vision in every photograph I take. This has become my reason for photographing weddings.

What could possibly compare to the inspiring beauty of the mountains of Vermont or the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico? For me, the answer is simple: the passion and love felt by two special people, in one place, on their wedding day.
